Currently, I oversee the marketing and technology team at John L. Scott Southern Oregon, the region’s top-producing real estate firm. My role has evolved from marketing support specialist to marketing director, where I’ve had the opportunity to manage the branding, design, and technological needs of 150-200 real estate agents. Over the past five years, my team has ranged from solo operations to leading up to five employees.
My responsibilities span visual brand identity, logo and advertisement design, front-end web development, Canva template creation, project management, video production, user network management, new agent onboarding, social media management and content creation, lead funnel creation, information automation, and more.
Whether working in-office or full-time remotely, I’ve consistently delivered tailored solutions for our agents—who operate as independent contractors—effectively managing them as a select pool of freelance clients.
Though eventually leaving this role will be bittersweet, I'll always cherish the relationships and skills I've gained along the way.
Throughout my time at SOU, I concentrated on photography, graphic design, and various mixed media, while also gaining practical experience in 3D modeling for virtual reality. I engaged in all facets of digital media projects, collaborating with university and community partners to develop impactful media solutions.
